Well, its also happening on my Windows 8.1 desktop which has a wired mouse. But, it only occurs on Facebook. I honestly think it has something to do with Facebook. Anyway, I installed CenturyLink PC Services along with the Norton Internet Security Online. But, CenturyLink PC Services is just an icon or link to go to get help with my computer if something goes wrong.

I tried using the mouse pad. It helped a little bit. But, its so awkward using that mouse pad for me.

It's still acting strange. When I scroll up, it acts as if it doesn't want to scroll up. When I scroll down, it acts as if it doesn't want to scroll down. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone continue to look into this problem for me, please? It would be greatly appreciated.

Facebook isn't the only site it's doing this on, this site is as well. The same goes for the browsers. IE 11 does the same thing.
