I would try again to get to safe mode option screen. Turn on start tapping F8 every second till menu comes up then try last known configuration.

Power down, unplug the power supply from the wall outlet, press and hold down the case power button for at least 5 seconds. Plug it back in, and power up, and see if you can get into the BIOS. If you still get a black screen I would reset the BIOS to defaults. Are your two monitors VGA in only? If no, what inputs do they have?
