    Hello haroon,

you may find this helpful: Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

if your "D" is a separate HDD you follow through the tutorial.
But if your "D" is in one HDD with the Drive C/

    instead of list disk.
    use "list Volume"
you can find their where is your D.
Then proceed on the rest of the tutorial.

This sounds nefarious. Care to explain why you need to do it this way?

This will wipe out the entire drive, don`t do it.

What is the reason for doing such a thing in that fashion.

The only thing I can think of is you are trying to do this without some one else knowing it is being done. Therefore no confirmation or seeing what is going on.

By reading your other threads you are using a company computer.
    Is that correct?

I have tried it on my own, but if so. then dont do it. just for the sake of saving your drive.
