Hello Again, I am not sure why i would need the Intel Rapid Storage Technology on a Sabertooth 990 mother board, i have a AMD processor ?

And which one would i need ?

    Thanks in advance

Looks OK to me - technically. Whether you are happy with the performance is another story.

Hello again Everyone, i was hoping for a little better boot times, i have tried several MSconfig settings, with startup item, services , loading services at boot, Ect, and my boot time is still between 45 - 60 sec.

I was thinking a clean install and a image / data file restore might help ? or am i just reintroducing the boot times with the Restore ?

    Thanks in advance,

A clean system install should be better. Restoring the user data folders should have no impact. But even after a reinstall, still make sure that you disable all the startup programs - except AV and those you started yourself.

After a fresh boot, how many processes are running? 50? 120?

After a fresh boot, how many non-Microsoft services are running?
