After a fresh boot, how many non-Microsoft services are running?

Hello i believe i have 127 Processes running after a fresh boot
    127 processes on startup is a LOT (i have < 50).

Try a clean startup using this tutorial by Brink:
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

You can look at your msconfig Startup tab to see a lot of your startup programs.

Disable all those startups. They are a nuisance.

Poke the "show processes from all users" button at the lower left of the screen shown in post #20 to get an accurate number. It might or might not be above the 127 now shown.

Offhand, I can't recall anyone having that much stuff running.

If I read post 21 correctly, you've got about 15 non-Microsoft services running. I've got only 10 running, but I don't think 15 is excessive.

But the processes count is bad.

Hello again, i have completed the Recommendations in the previous post and turned of everything that was not needed, i have cut the processes down to 75

and i still have a 50 - 60 boot time from a cold boot to the login screen, i did install soluto to monitor my boot up. i will remove it soon, it is telling me that my boot time is 1:06 mins.

Try it one time with all that AVG stuff stopped and off.

Temporarily disconnect from the net (disconnect your modem) before you do that so the lack of anti-virus is not an issue.

Agnitum: that's an antivirus? Part of AVG or separate from AVG? If unrelated to AVG, you are using 2 antiviruses?

Continue to post pics of processes and services, but use the column headings to sort the processes by the CPU usage. Sort the services so that all the "running" items are at the top of the list.

On the "general" tab of msconfig, do you get any relief if you choose "diagnostic startup"?

Will Soluto reveal the identity of the "removable" and "potentially removable" items?

You have to disable ALL this stuff that Soluto shows in the startups. Then you gain 24 seconds or so. If you don't do it, you will make no progress.

I think I said that already in post #23 but you keep coming back with the same old stuff.
