Control + W not working in any program.

My control and w keys work perfectly fine seperately, but together it doesn't work.
I know it has the default function similar to alt+f4 but it's also a commonly used combination in games.
When I have W pressed, and press control, it works, for example to crouch while already moving in counter strike, but if I have control pressed first it doesn't work. Also if i release control, it has about a 1 second delay before w picks up, and if i release W while already moving, it picks up if i press W back down quickly.
This isn't just a problem in counter strike, and the default bind does not work. And it is not possible to bind Ctrl+W to a button in WoW. I have tested all the keys around, and they all work with control. Shift and Alt functions also work perfectly fine.

    I am using a Logitech G19 Keyboard.

Try pressing your Pause/Break button this should solve the issue.

Are all the drives for the keyboard up to date as well?

I can see no updates for drivers available in Logitech's app, and I have reinstalled drivers for my keyboard since I had this problem.

Check and see if the Windows 7 Files are correct. This may help and may not but it cost nothing and it doesn't take long. Windows 7 might not be understanding the command from your keyboard.

    Tutorial by Brink:

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Just ran this and it came up with no issues.

Edit: Just realised I hadn't tried this with a second keyboard, just did and same issue, not the keyboard.
