Mx 610 wireless mouse stops reponding w/ IE9 and Firefox

Just upgraded my motherboard from Maximus 6 to Asrock z97 extreme 6. Updated motherboard drivers, usb drivers and lan drivers. Now my logitech MX 610 will stop responding in both IE9 (old I know ) and in firefox. What could be problem works everywhere else but as soon as I open a browser it stops responding within five -ten minutes.

Frosty now it could be the software is corrupted for that mouse or the new board doesn't like it (possibility) or the mouse or it's USB receiver is going south.

Have you tried any other mice in the machine wired or otherwise?
