Turning off remote access resulted in 104GB free space on my SSD
A few months ago, I upgraded from an SSD of about 100GB to an SSD with 223 GB. Everything's been fine until a few weeks ago, when I started getting notices that I need to close programs to prevent memory loss. I checked the space on my drive and I only had 9GB free. I don't download much, so there's no way it should be so full. I checked all folders and programs and there was no explanation for what happened to all of my drive's space.
Clicking around, I turned off Windows Remote Access, and suddenly I went from 9GB free to 113GB free. I have never used the remote access feature before, and I use Kaspersky anti-virus, but I'm concerned this may mean someone had been accessing my computer somehow and using it? Does anyone know what this may mean, or if it was some kind of glitch?
