Chipset

Download the chipset to a location thats locatable, Put your mouse over the app, right click and you will see a dropdown menu.
You will see at the top runa as "ADMINISTRATOR" launch it and let it install. Reboot the system and let us know how you progressed.

Also looked at my IRQ settings, i cant change them but heres a picture: and also downgraded the chipset now updating again to put me back on my feet.

Before updating your bios did you check to see what revision your board was, also you should download your motherboard manual if you havent one.
Under Integrated peripherals can you check to see you have Legacy USB storage detect enabled.

You already updated your chipset drivers to the latest he must of missed 9.1.1.1009 is the latest version

If your boards rev 1 you updated to the wrong bios, and maybe you can get the rev1 bios to install, as it has a fix that may fix your problem, but check your motherboard firstly.

hey whest, thanks for the help, I am at school atm and will check the version when I get home, as I got my computer built in feburary this year i just suspected that it was a rev 2.0. kay, talk to yas in a few hours.
