    Chipset

Download the chipset to a location thats locatable, Put your mouse over the app, right click and you will see a dropdown menu.
You will see at the top runa as "ADMINISTRATOR" launch it and let it install. Reboot the system and let us know how you progressed.

    Cheers, Mate!

Before updating your bios did you check to see what revision your board was, also you should download your motherboard manual if you havent one.
Under Integrated peripherals can you check to see you have Legacy USB storage detect enabled.
Below pic of where to find revision number -

If your boards rev 1 you updated to the wrong bios, and maybe you can get the rev1 bios to install, as it has a fix that may fix your problem, but check your motherboard firstly.
