    SSD RAW Format fail - not accessible


    Hi everyone, i'd really appreciate some help cause i absolutely dont know what to do anymore...
    I have my SSD (Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250 GB) and apparently i totally screwed it up...
    I had a boot failure, tried reinstalling Windows which failed because Windows couldn't format the disk.
    I tried GParted, formatted it, deleted mbr or whatever & created a new one (by all that screwed it up even more probably)
    The problem persisted.
    Check Tools like Samsung Magician tell me the drive is ok, S.M.A.R.T. results look okay, too.
    Now i've installed Windows (8.1 btw) on another HDD and i'm running testdisk on the SSD, but somehow i dont get any positive result whatever i try there (i dont really know what to try so im trying relatively randomly every option)...
    Anyway i just want to install Windows, a fresh clean install, on this SSD, dont care about data...
    But how when i dont get Windows to be able to acces / format it?

    Well I guess the controller is damaged or sth... but how can I be sure?

    If Samsung magician can see the drive and thinks its ok then there may be hope
    I would start with something basic like diskpart and see if the disk is listed and accessible, if diskpart can see it you can run the clean command to wipe it and start again.

    Just type diskpart from a command prompt to enter this windows function
    heres an example from my machine

    please post a screenshot of your maximised disk management window so we can see what drives/setup you have
