Mouse and keyboard stop working after windows startup

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

This is not the first time I've faced this problem. This problem occurs after I installed "Samsung USB driver". It works on the BIOS and when the windows logo comes out, both devices will stop working. I can normally enter BIOS and safe mode (but both devices still dont work in safe mode after enter the desktop). Heretofore, I randomly solved the problem by changing the USB slot while windows starting up and its started to installing new device for both devices. But now, it doesnt work anymore and force me to make a forum. I dont have any extra mouse or keyboard even windows cd. Ive tried all solutions, clear cmos, changing usb port, changing usb setting on bios.

Hi and thanks please use the link above my signature image to Fill in your system spec's page
The free 7forum utility will automatically do this chore for you
But it does require internet explorer to do it,

That way the link My System Spec's on the bottom left of your replies will be populated as mine is,

Can we assume this is a Samsung computer and not a Asus computer ?
    The exact model please.

One thing I've learned with newer Desktops and Notebooks is that the BIOS does not support USB 3.0, have to wait until the OS loads and USB 3.0 drivers then load. Try different USB ports on the computer, all I've seen have at least 2 USB 2.0 ports and maybe 1 or 2 USB 3.0 ports.
