How does it feel compared to whatever it replaced?
Never mind the benchmark---if you can't tell the difference and aren't impressed, get rid of the SSDs.
If you are impressed, the benchmarks don't much matter.
The access time is good.
The alignment is good.
The overall score is relatively low, but I don't know what you should realistically expect on that hardware.
Here's a benchmark of my old Intel 320 series SSD on a socket 1155 motherboard with 3.0 ports. Not a lot different from yours. I was impressed when I bought it and can't tell the difference with the new Crucial SSD I bought to replace it.
