    can not open Devices and printer PLANK


    when i click control panel > Devices and printers ,nothing happen , juts plan white windows ,pic attach
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails can not open Devices and printer PLANK-capture.jpg

    See if any of the following work for you.
    - Enable Bluetooth Service (if possible) and Bluetooth Support Service in Services.msc
    - Boot ONE TIME in Safe Mode, then boot normally, problem solved!

    Bluetooth services is on , boot in safe mode and then normal , still cant access my printer

    Try a clean startup Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
    Do they load in safe mode or when logged in with another user?

    Clean boot did not help ,
    The errors dont show in safe mode
    In other users , the printers show , but unable to connect it or cant add new printer error 0x00000002

Devices and Printer Box Freezes

when I click on devices and printers, the menu freezes. It keeps showing the green loading bar for an indefinite amount of time. Any reason for this? I do not have any printers hooked up directly to the computer, just one I connect to through an ethernet wire. Thanks in advance.
No Devices and Printer Folder

Good day, I use win7 64 bit. I cannot open the folder devices and printer folder. The folder is empty. I can print correctly using MS office or others programs (see attached). Any suggestion please? Thank you in advance. Devcon
