SSDs are usually fragmented due to wear levelling (and perhaps garbage collection) routines.
Here is the screenshot. Its same as Crystal Disk Mark. Read speed is high. But very low write speed.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Hey, just checked userbench for you, 150MB/s sequential write is normal for that model.
UserBenchmark: Transcend SSD370 128GB TS128GSSD370
The 128GB Transcend SSD370 proved to be a bit of a disappointment both in absolute terms and in comparison to its larger capacity 256GB sibling. The 128GB SSD370 is let down by its abysmal peak sequential write speed of just 158 MBps which is the lowest speed we have seen to date on a ~128GB SATA 3.0 SSD. Comparing the 256GB and 128GB versions shows that 256GB capacity drive has nearly double the write speed which is typical for larger flash based drives. In terms of value for money the 128GB SSD370 fares a little better but there are far faster and moderately cheaper alternatives available in the extremely competitive SSD market. [Oct '14 SSDrivePro]

sata to sata 3 cable
I bought a sata3 ssd instead of a sata ssd- didn't read the package correctly. I've already cloned the sata3 drive. Is there a cable/adapter available that I can adapt the sata wiring to the sata3 drive? It's going into a Dell 545 desktop. Thanks. Mark

sata cable
I have a hp pavilion DV7 (4180eb). It has a SATA 3 slot for 1 HDD but it's no regular sata cable and power cable: it's integrated in one cable. Has each laptop a specific sata cable?
