Windows 7: sleep/hibernate keep awakening

sleep/hibernate keep awakening

All of a sudden when I put computer in sleep or hibernate mode it "wakes up" in a few minutes. No virus or malaware (ran both scans)

Dell Inspiron, windows 7 home prem 64 bit

Open the Local Area Connection Status window, click Properties then Configure. Check to see if Wake on LAN options are enabled (your UI will probably differ from the screenshot).
