Still getting freezes. If i play game rust, and if i open google chrome while rust is loading i usually get freeze. Also today my PC random restarted, without warning, this already happend to me some months ago, i checked event viewer and i saw Kernel-Power Event ID 41, Task Category (63).

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

By the way i upgraded windows 7 to windows 10, so i don't know if i can still talk here.

The event logged is a default one for any such shutdown. If this is happening with Windows 10 too, maybe some hardware is faulty.

Did you try my recommendations in a previous post yet?
    Try loading defaults in BIOS.
Then perform a clean startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
If still get freeze try another user account - User Account - Create

Yes you can still post here, and you should use this tool to get us your bsod dumps per this guide Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions since you have had a BSOD we might be able to gain more info.

Also sound laggs, when pc freeze. For example if it should say 'eye of the tiger' and if it freeze at 'eye' it says: eye eye eye eye eye eye eye eye eye... When freeze is over also sound lag is over. I hope you understand what i'm trying to say.

I have a couple of ideas you can try:
    - either disable IEST in BIOS or set min processor state in power options (hopefully same as Win 7 - Power Plan Settings - Change)
    - download and run HWInfo with sensors only
    - click the two opposing arrows icon in lower right to show 2 columns side by side
    - once you experience the issue, take a screenshot and post please

Also try disabling the network adapter, and wait to see if it will happen like this (play music to see if it will stutter)

Ok I will try this ideas, but it's hard, because freeze is very random, sometimes it doesn't freeze the whole day, sometimes it freeze if i just download something...
You suggested me to set min processor state. I don't understand what i must do. I checked power plan settings, and i saw min is 0% and max is 60%. Is this right? Should i change anything?
