Yep, min and max to 100% both, we are setting them to 100% so any throttling will show itself with HWInfo.

Ok so GokAy you said min and max to 100% both. rvcjew said max to 100%. I'm little confused right now. I'm confused because i restarted my pc and there was 'welcome' and pc beeped and freezed. So it did't even show the desktop and it freezed.

I said min/max 100% so that any throttling would show itself in HWInfo. High Performance should be 100/100 if it is still has the default settings though.

Did you try again after that freezing?

Ok so, i load optimized settings in bios, i performed clean boot, and still beep and freeze. Even if i don't touch anything if beep, then i try to open chrome or something and it doesn't (freeze). Something is very wrong with this PC, i have no idea what. Also it beeped and freezed at startup too :/. I will scan now with windows defender.

Try removing any and all unnecessary devices from the PC (DVD-ROM, external drives, printers, etc). Unplug any front panel connectors like (USB/Firewire/ESATA)

Okay I thought we already asked you Mitja for a memory test but I can not find a result in this thread so do this as first thing now. RAM - Test with Memtest86+ if you want you can make a disc of the UBCD in my sig it will also have this tool among many others in it for the future (only run memtest86+ for now). Please post a pic of the results, and if it starts and goes red stop it and try it with each stick one at a time for at least 8 passes, also can you update your system specs by using the guide in my sig. Especially the RAM please.

OK thanks everyone i will try all your ideas, i just need some time. Very important thing that i forgot to tell is that some weeks ago when i installed pirate version of 8.1 pro from DVD i had the same beep and freeze while installing. And then when windows was installed and i put original dvd with drivers it also beeped and freeze more times. Maybe dvd reader makes this sound? Keep that mind i don't have dvd in it when i play games or do other stuff.
