For some reason it is not bootable, see if your bios has a legacy boot option and if so use that as it might be that the disk does not want to boot in uefi mode. You can also try this method. Get the UBCD iso here and then use this to create your usb disk by picking ultimate boot cd from the dropdown and then picking the iso you downloaded. Make sure you pick the wright disk letter as it will format what you pick to make the disk. I personally use the UBCD since it has other tools I use on it as well, if you use it just pick memory and memtestx86+ when it boots.

I really can't do this test. Usb doesn't boot and if i will use cd/dvd i will probably get BSOD, because when i put cd into dvd reader it always started to freeze. Is there any other option to do? Also today i wasn't even using pc but i was near him and i head beeps (about 1 beep per 15 minutes) Then i got notification to run disk error checker something like that. So i still don't know if it is RAM or disk problem. I know i should run this test to test but i can't

So you tried making the USB from the ubcd.iso and installer I linked?
