For some reason it is not bootable, see if your bios has a legacy boot option and if so use that as it might be that the disk does not want to boot in uefi mode. You can also try this method. Get the UBCD iso here and then use this to create your usb disk by picking ultimate boot cd from the dropdown and then picking the iso you downloaded. Make sure you pick the wright disk letter as it will format what you pick to make the disk. I personally use the UBCD since it has other tools I use on it as well, if you use it just pick memory and memtestx86+ when it boots.
