When you say "the beep" some people will confuse that with the normal POST beep some PCs make when first starting up.

It sounds like your PC is already up and running Windows when this problem happens. Is that correct?

Is it just one beep, or multiple beeps?
Does the sound come through your speakers, of from inside the computer case?

Yes my PC is already running, only 1 beep. I think from computer case.

That condition can be caused by the CPU overheating. Or the motherboard settings for minimum fan speed set too high.
But since you are getting a freeze, I would suspect something is actually overheating, setting off the beep alarm.

Can you check your temperatures, either in the BIOS settings or using an application like Speedfan or HWInfo?

What we are looking for is the temperatures.

Sorry, I made a mistake: the program is called HWMonitor, you can get it here:
    HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID

But Speedfan is an old favorite:
Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Let's see what the temperatures look like, then we can rule that out.

HWInfo is good enough, but you have to select sensors while starting (you can also get sensors running from main program window of HWInfo but at start up is easiest)

Yes, the time difference will slow response time - that is to be expected.

Your temperatures look good in that screenshot. But what you can do with speedfan is monitor temperatures as you use your computer. It will minimize to the Tray, and if you hover over the icon with the mouse you will see the key temperatures pop up.
So you could check the temps as you play your game. Particularly when you hear the beep. You have that 5 seconds to see if you can read the temps. Look for the GPU temp first.

Another, separate, test would be to disconnect your PC speakers and then play the game. This is to see if the beep is indeed coming from the case or through the speakers.
