    memory leak need help

So for some reason my memory goes up all the time. I have let my pc stay on for 30 days and it just hit 8gbs which is weird so I restarted it. it had been on for 3 hours and already hit 3.5. I left it on all night for some torrents and it is at 6.5.

    here is yesterday

    here is now
    http://prntscr.com/7whfv0
doesn't even equal the amount it says either

the processor use is at 0% so I am doing nothing.
    I have 16gbs of ddr4 ram.

I have had the same start up programs forever basically. no idea why this started. Screenshot by Lightshot

Post a screenshot of Task Manager - Performance tab. That is the best place to start with suspected memory problems.
Please post the screenshot on the forum, not some external site.

Can you check Resource Monitor - Memory tab - sort it by working and see if svchost (netsvcs) is larger than 500MB, or is increasing.

You can try a clean startup too - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

no it isn't using a lot.

How about non-MS services? Tutorial isn't all about startup programs.

I believe it is ok now? Try checking the same memory tab later when things go wrong. Do you use any virtual machine software? VMware, VBox etc?

Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware too (enable rootkit scanning in settings - detections)
