    PC will nor recognize my DVD


    I followed instructions as to solutions on this forum to fix my driver problem. I have 2 screenshots which I hope will help.
    Can anyone give me a solutution please?

    I tried looking here on the forum a number of times. :
    I'm not embarrased to say I'm born in prehistoric times 1953 and have many,many thousands of hours on the internet learning quite a lot but I am not tech savvy, especially if I have to get into the registry or etc.
