Those are the USB header connectors on the motherboard. The USB signal cable connects to the header connector.
Whoops sorry, I wasn't specific when I asking. When I said "identify" I meant what is the name of USB connector and the name of the pins sticking out the motherboard.

Is it called "USB signal cable" and "USB header connector" respectively?

Yes. Although the signal cable may also be referred to as a "USB interconnect cable".

One last question and this will decide whether I'll buy a replacement or repair, does the my motheboard USB header connector (10 pins) support USB 3.0 female port?

Not according to your PC model specs I looked at. Of course, they said your model had a card reader too.

Added: Besides, the USB-3 header would be a 20-pin connector.

The USB3 diagram is just saying that you can have 3x USB 2.0 things plugged in. 9 pin is USB 2.0. 19-20 pin is 3.0. As Carwiz said.
    USB 3.0 looks like this

Well since my USB header can't support USB 3.0, I'll take my usb assembly for repair. Thanks for helping me with the decision Ranger4, carwiz, and DecapitatingJim :)
