    Windows not sensing mouse

Well sometimes my computer will be stupid and change the colour scheme to basic then aero again in a few seconds. After that most of the time when I click inside any window, the buttons nor anything inside the windows will do anything if I hover my mouse over them. Same for the taskbar. The only way to get the task bar to sense it temporarily is to press Windows button on my keyboard. But as I said nothing in the program will work if I click. I am afraid of damaging my computer because this gets me very annoyed and angry and I do crazy things like rip out the battery. I don't care if it happens again I just at least want a way to fix it without restarting my computer.

I assume this is happening with your laptop. What sort of mouse are you using & how is it connected to the laptop. Is it a wireless mouse or attached by a wire.

The mouse is attached by a wire. But even if I use the touchpad it will do the same thing.
