    Lenovo H50-50 Hardware question

    Hello,

I recently have gotten a lenovo h50-50 and according to my dxdiag, it says the system model is 90B7005CUS.

    Specs:

    CPU: Core i3 4160 3.60GHz
    Ram: 8GB
    HDD: 1TB
OS: Windows 7 Professional that I custom installed
    GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4400

So my questions is that my model's psu, how many watts is it?

    I see this page: http://psref.lenovo.com/PSREFUploadF...50%20Tower.pdf

but I'm confused because it says "some" on all of them.

    Thanks in advance.

Best way to be sure about that is to pull the side off, there will be a label on the PSU with that info.

Either way, they sure didn't over power them. Be glad you didn't get one of the AMD versions,

    Power supply
Some: 65 watts power adapter, universal
Some: 90 watts power adapter, universal
Some: 120 watts power adapter, universal

Thank you I have the intel version and the looked several times but it doesn't say how many I have like max output. The only thing I see is it says total on one column less than 200 watts

That pretty much tells you it's one of the 180W PSU's listed in your link.

Seems pretty skimpy to me to even put something less than 250W in a desktop.

Ok thanks and yeah it sounds weird to me too. Would I be able to fit a 500 watt psu in there one day? I know I'll need an adapter for the pins but can it actually fit?

You just have to make sure you get one that fits, I just found this,

    https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-...0/td-p/1845869

Some good info to look at.

I'm sure you can find one that will fit, this list here covers just about everything but PSU's,

Of course they want you to get replacement parts from them.

    Hi,
Yep I thought my Acer Aspire was bad with a little 220w psu until I saw yours :)

If you feel the urge later you can swap everything "except the psu" into a new case
