Help me locate Asus SATA drivers (for XP dual boot)?

Hi. I want to install Windows XP onto a machine running Win7 x64. I think I am OK with the procedure, but I am having problems from the word go as I have just discovered that the drive onto which I want to install XP (a Seagate ST1000DX001) is a SATA drive. So I need to have the SATA drivers on a floppy (or incorporated into a setup CD-ROM): WinXP installation does not see the drive at the moment.

But I am going round in circles trying to find the drivers I need. Can anyone kindly help me locate the ones I need to install? The M/B is an Asus P6X58D-E. I do have the Asus CD-ROM (the drivers there won't be the most recent, but no matter), but when I browse the folders there I can't see a SATA drivers folder. Subfolders on the CD-ROM under 'Drivers' are: Audio, BCU, Chipset, EPU6Engine, ExpressGateHDD, LAN, RAID (IMSM & Marvell subfolders), TurboV and USB3... Is it the Marvel AHCI driver?? Or the Intel AHCI/RAID driver??? No idea which if any are the SATA drivers..

Otherwise, can I download the SATA drivers from somewhere? An hour's Googling hasn't helped.. I do have this page, but no idea which, if any, of the drivers there are the ones I need to download..

Download Asus P6X58D-E drivers for Windows 7/XP/Vista, BIOS

    Many thanks.

OK, I tried the Intel drivers from the CD-ROM first - no joy. Then the Marvel ones, and hey-presto. I think I was being over-cautious (not sure why, what could have happened??). Anyway, it's the Marvel RAID (32- or 64-bit as appropriate) from the Asus disc which are needed, just in case anyone has the same issue in the future.

XP currently installing to my SATA drive..
