    From you post # 20.

Any particular reason I should use Speccy over HWinfo? Just curious.
Some members have problems with HW working properly. I have not seen any member having problems with Speccy.

Speccy would also give you the opportunity to post your exact ram and and the location it is installed.
If you can post the same information using HW it would be nice to see.

Of course you can use what ever programs on your system as you choose.
It was a suggestion on my part to use Speccy.

I'm sorry my post did not meet your needs. I will try harder next time.

    Have a nice day.

Wasn't the case at all. I just managed to solve my problem with the use of the above two posts, before I saw yours. Mismatched RAM was a good call.

    +rep for you as well

If not for the current issue, then for Speccy. I'll try to hunt down a portable version and try it out. Wasn't aware of HWinfo issues before you told me. Thanks a lot!
