Hi there .. Does this happen when you use the USB 3 Ports .. The reason i ask this is because your Motherboard seems to have problems in this area .. The other thing is have you Downloaded the latest Chipset Driver there seems to be problems with this too .. As for Sata could have issues with it also .. Read the Link below from another Member ..

Ga-970A-UD3 rev 1.1 and Etron USB driver problems

Hi there .. Try the following ...

Type regedit in the start search box

Once in the Registry Editor expand "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"

    Next Expand "SOFTWARE"

    Expand AMD

You should see the Verson there .. As I have an Intel Chipset i am not certain of the exact procedure for AMD in regedit .. It should be some thing similar to the above ...

I also had the problem "DriverMax has detected a serious windows folder problem and cannot work correctly." Restore of a system backup helped, but the problem returned.

After a lot of stress I found out what was the cause.
I did have several not-working shortcuts in Windows Explorer, such as Application Data, Cookies, Local Settings, Menu Start, NetHood, Networkprintersurrounding, Sendto and Templates. Clicking them got the error message that the location was not accessible and access was denied. So these shortcuts were useless and unnecessary and I removed them.

Happily, the removed shortcuts were still in my trash when I thought this might be the problem. I moved them back to their original location and DriverMax worked again.
