Need to restart touchpad using just keyboard.

Hi everyone. I made a mistake on a Toshiba laptop. I turned off the touchpad in Device Settings. Now the touchpad is dead & I don't have a mouse to navigate with. I need to restart the touchpad without the use of any mouse. Is there a way to navigate in Mouse Properties to Device Settings to restart the touchpad?

Cannot change mouse settings from device manager.

I can get to Mouse Properties but cannot navigate to Device Settings where I can turn mouse back on. Can this be done with some combo of keyboard & arrows?

You can try a System Restore System Restore. Or also be able to connect a USB mouse and change device settings

Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to open Mouse Properties & navigate to Device Settings by using Shift + Tab & arrow keys to check Touchpad back on & Save before exiting. This solved my issue.
