    Just a thought.

What are your cpu temps under load with your over clock?
What are your vCore volts under load with your over clock?

    Hi,
Your wireless WILL have the advanced tab, and a lot of them have
    Gaming mode enable/dissable.

    Post a screenshot if not.

If you would answer my questions completely, I might be able to help you.

Your cpu volts are what at what load or are the readings at idle.

Okay. Watch your vcore and temps. At a 4.8 over clock your vcore (cpu volt) might have to be bumped up just a little.
The rule of the thumb is keep you vcore as low as you can without a BSOD and everything working properly; and yet keeping the temps under control.

So can a wrong cpu volt cause USB instability? I think going to 1.13 has sorted it out will keep testing though for a few days to make sure!
