    Your motherboard has 6 USB ports. Why are you using a hub?
    Make sure your USB 3.0 drivers are up to date.

    I have alot of USB cables due to my flight simulator. All drivers are up to date

    OK been lookin at this again.
    Driver in post 42 screenshot
    ON the Human interface devices is that a black arrow, failing eyesight.
    Can you expand it anyway and check the items.

    either one or both of your devices >>> WILL <<< be listed there, are they up to date.

    MS does not supply generic usb3 drivers, ergo any device using these must use manufacturer supplied ones
    Changing the upper/lower settings would only apply to usb2 devices. (ksthunk value), if its MS.

    EVEN BIGGER NOTE
    When you install new drivers and then move between basic and overclocked settings you will have to reset any changes on the device drivers. bios instructions will conflict with driver instructions.

    Once it comes back i will post my findings. I have gone back to Asus optimal overclock!
