    Usb code 10

Its happening to the same device i have tried all USB plug ports, i have updated all drivers. Even deleted the lowerfilter / upperfilter in regedit and tried a new USB cable. but it keeps coming back randomly for some reason.

    I'm running windows 7, ASUS Z87-A

What kind of device? I assume you refer to a USB drive??

In any case, connect the device then list any Problem devices
    • Make sure devices are connected and powered on
    • Click the Start Orb, type msinfo32 in the search box. Hit Enter
    • Click the + sign next to Components to expand it
    • Click Problem Devices. Anything appear?
    • If yes, click on it, Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy it, Ctrl-V to paste into next post
    • On the other hand, if no devices are listed, tell me so

Assuming it's a USB drive, download and run the Filter Driver Load Order tool. Select any disk drive, hit the Clipboard button and paste the result into next post

In device manager, right click your Turtle Beach Z300 select Properties then the Details tab. Use the pull down menu to find and select:
    • Device Class. Tell me what its value
    • Device class guid You can copy paste this value into next post or take a screen shot of its value. Whichever is easier
