Go to Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers and confirm everything is as you want it.

    hi
i cant seem to understand how to confirm everything plss elaborate.... its annoying to see that the blue circle thing in the mouse cursor (aero system scheme) is not rotating.. come to think this is a new laptop... i least expect to have things.. like this., i have already restore this to the manufacturers state.... then updated it.. everything is up to date... then tried also tune-up utilities if it might fix the problem... still... it lags... if i restart my computer everything would be back to where it is but after a while the same problem occurs... i tried researching about this problem.. and found some of it.. but when i troubleshoot it... the same problem still occurs.. hope u can help me.. godblesss

Make sure the pointer scheme is set to Windows Aero (system scheme).

Im pretty sure you problem is ram related. y ou can confirm this by opening task manager (right click the task bar) and look at the performance tab. when you see the cirling curser look at both how much ram is free and how much cpu.

It would help if you told us about your system specs.
