Hello sushilsameer!

Which is the exact model of your WD external drive, is it a My Passport or may be a My Book? What is the capacity and how much data do you have on it? What has happened to the drive prior to it having difficulties working? How are you accessing the drive, is it visible in My Computer?

Please post screenshots of My Computer and Disk Management. :)

Try changing the cable and start copying the files one by one to see if it is possible. Do you have any errors coming out?
