Help! Usb port problem?

So, I was getting blue screens like every 2-5 mins. But before all this started to happen my usb ports would randomly stop working and I would have to shut down the pc from the button to turn it off and fix it. Because of these blue screens I decided to delete windows 7 and install it back again. So its completely fresh. The blue screens had gone but I was stuck with another problem. Every 2 to 5 mins my Keyboard and dongle would stop working while my mouse would still be active. In device manager my Keyboard and dongle are shown. But once I had a yellow triangle at the computer saying something like "usb 3 via... cannot not detect device"? or something like that. If it happens again I will make sure what the message is. After some windows updates the dongle and keyboard wouldn't switch off until a 10mins and rarely a hour and a half later. My keyboard is a year old and so I thought perhaps it could be generating more power to power it? Or some sort. Pissing up the usbs and turning off my dongle? The light on the keyboard would still stay on but wouldn't type and after a while would completely turn off. So yesterday I decided to unplug the keyboard, and my dongle didn't turn off. 4-5 hours later without it turning off I decided to plug in my keyboard. And it stayed on for like another hour and a half. (Remember my mouse still keeps on). And the dongle and keyboard do not re connect. I got two bluescreens in the past two days as well. One such as a "problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer"... (this happened while keyboard in). And another "*** Hardware malfunction. Call your hardware vendor for support" *** The system has halted ***". Could this problem be related (tht also happened with keyboard plugged in). Perhaps the Bios is causing all this? Maybe I need a new Bios chip? Or perhaps just a new keyboard. Please help. ALSO they both stop working at the same time.

I would read this and follow the instructions:

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

Note that a BIOS chip will not melt. It might burn out (extremely unlikely without the rest of your system going "poof" as well), but it won't melt.

Follow the instructions in the BSOD posting guide I linked and post in the appropriate forum, and we can try to help you.

And please fill in your system specs.

Port problem since 7
Yes, yet another ports-are-blocked-problem. Albeit a difficult one. Problem: all my incoming ports are blocked, even if I forward them in the Fritz!Box. This worked before Win7, I didn't need it during the last year, but now I'm stumped. Specifically: Snarl.exe, listening to port 9887, that's...
