Boy oh boy, the good folks here will need a lot more information.
1. We need your system specs. Use this tutorial by Brink.
System Info - See Your System Specs
2. Do you have any devices plugged into your USB ports?
3. Tick on the little pyramid in the system tray and select Customize. You can change your setting there.

thanks for the reply . now it ' s gone. it just needs to be turned off , and it's very easy XD
