usb 3.0/usb2.0 to parallel converter

i have one question regarding transmitting video data from USB 3.0 interface to parallel interface, is there any ready cables/adapters to do that.
if not, my plan is to transfer the usb 3.0 interface to usb 2.0 and then to parallel interface. the question is, will the resolution (frame/sec) of the transferred data will be changed, and by how much?
if yes, then how can i solve this problem since i need my resolution to be at least 30 fps.

best regards.

Parallel to USB adapter
Has anyone tried to use a parallel to USB adapter? I wonder if this would be easier than getting a ribbon to use this port on the motherboard. I have to use the parallel connection for an old banner printer machine. It's the only connection it has, and the owner isn't replacing it. Is a PCI card...
