    Attempting to print from a MacBook Pro to a Windows 7 printer


    Hello,

    Attempting to print from a MacBook Pro to a Windows 7 PC attached printer. The printer is not Wi-Fi enabled. I have found several instructions on how to connect the printer but I still can not see my printer on the MAC.

    I have setup a Homegroup that my other Windows 7 and 8.1 laptops can print to my printer.

    What information do I need to supply in order to be able to allow the MAC to be able to print?

    I don't know much about Macs but in theory it should be enough to add your mac to your other PCs workgroup. There is an old article I found about that: How do Iā€¦ Add Macs To A Windows Workgroup? - TechRepublic

    It's based on XP but the process should be mostly the same.

Hello! I got a new Dell Inspiron a few weeks ago. Each time I try and print I BSOD. I've attached my logs. I am not sure what other information is needed, but I will be happy to provide it.
For some reason a while back the default behavior for .txt files was changed from "Open" to "Print". I've checked in Folder Options and attempted to revert to default, but it doesn't appear to be working. I also tried changing the default program associated with the .txt file type and it appears...
