    keyboard notebook not working


    hi, I have a notebook ASUS win7 64bit, recently my keyboard stopped working.
    I checked my device manager and I found my 2 keyboard drivers with a yellow mark on it, I can't uninstall and intall again (code 39).
    I can't found any driver to download and install manualy.

    _> HID Keyboard device
    _> Standard PS/2 Keyboard.

    Hi welcome to the forum

    make sure you are on an administrator account and try uninstalling it and restart computer will load driver when windows loads.

    Already did, still not working.
    Mouse and Keyboard work in Bios, wont work in Windows.
