    RAM problem help me?

    I have one problem
I have motherboard P5VDC-X Dual Channel (DDR, DDR2)
    I have 2 pieces RAM 2X1GB DDR2
If i put 2 pieces on my mobo my screen freezes often
Yesterday i take off one piece of RAM outside, take off CMOS battery and put again battery and turn off pc and seems screen freezes dissapear
My question is did will something need to set in BIOS or somewhere?
I have test my two pieces RAM with memtest and no errors

What I meant was that on your motherboard there are 4 slots, 2 are blue and 2 are yellow.

Maybe you have to put two sticks into the blue slots and two into the yellow slots?

No blue slots are empty, just one RAM in yellow slot

Okay but how do you have it setuped?

Like with some motherboards there is a sequence when putting in ram.

Both sticks should be in the same colored slots.
