    I've put a call out regarding the fact you dont have those multimedia options. Unusuall

    Do you have Windows media player installed, or any other, ie VLC

    Please fill in your comp specs Make/model/ graphics card etc, it will help

    Yes, please fill in your system specs especially the make/model of your display monitor. TW I have multimedia even with the balanced setting

    Some monitors will have their own sleep settings, but we can not guide, if we do not know.

    Regarding the multimedia settings:

    Cannot see Multimedia Settings under "Change advanced power settings"

    Are media features enabled in Windows features?
