Help with decision on purchase of refurbished laptop

Hello hope you are all well. I am now writing on my ( one week old ) smartphone.
The Dell is broken and I am now looking to buy a laptop for around 300 euro so it has to be a refurbished one. I know not to buy on eBay and need a bit of help in the choice of model.
You can see in my system specs what I had before. I think Dell and Toshiba are safe.
I am not a gamer but will use the laptop a lot for my pictures and for watching news, y tube and travel programs nature doc's and so on as I don't like and have a TV.
Any suggestions will be very appreciated and of coarse if I buy something that is not good it will be totally my responsibility.

But as far as Dell's here one with win-10 on it and a tad more than you had in mind :/

The top 6 here all have win-7 looks like but all are way under powered at 1.65Ghz :/

I still am in the prosess to findhttp://www.refurbthat.com/refurbished-laptops/refurbished-dell-latitude-e6420-laptop-intel-core-i5-2-50ghz-4gb-memory-320gb-hdd-dvd-rw-and-windows-7-professional out which sellers are relatable in Europe.
But, I found this one. What do you think ?
