Thanks Torchwood and Oscar1, I rolled back the driver and it went to plain mouse, problem still persisted. Reinstalled the latest touch pad driver and still no change. I am looking to a solution to the problem without adding other hardware. I have also changed all touch pad settings with no luck. Thanks again.

is this a new problem that just started? have you tried a restore point before the problem started? when you said you turned down the sensitivity you mean you moved the slide to the right to heavy touch? and pulmcheck to the right?

As oscer1 asked have you tried a restore point to before this happened? If not try that first. If still no love then you could try a sfc/scannow though I doubt its a system file thats causing this. If all else fails you could try a repair install of 7. We have tutorials on how to do these things in our tutorial section. I would link you to them but I'm too uneducated to do something like that.
