    Hi,
    If the sticks match and you're using 32 bit system it really doesn't matter because 32 bit only see's 3 gbs anyway.
    But ideally you'd use 2x2gb... of the exact same brand... to make life easy buy a 4gb pack.

    Yes, but you could have installed it without the Bios update.
