TITAN ICE has support for the E board listed for support up to Win 8 but I still have my suspicions about the chip. I don't really want to toss over a grand on a chip only to discover that I only get partial support for something "less" than Windows 10.

Yet the reports keep saying that Intel will only be supporting Windows 10 on their new chips. Personally, I don't care if Intel limits full support for Skylake E to Win 10 but my concern is for the
