PLEASE HELP!! I Have the .crypt Virus

Somehow I got the .crypt virus!! It's affected Word doc's, pdf's, etc.. Any help would be MOST appreciated!!

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have 2 other internal drives that were affected as well! Only thing new was on the 11'th which was Windows Updates. I did a system restore prior to that date which didn't help.
