Amibios version 0903 sorry about the orientation
OK, turn it off and start trying to connect 1 device at a time and restart a couple of times between each one. Make sure it works OK, then shut down and connect another until you either figure out which one is stopping it from Posting or they all work. At least you are making a little progress.
You did select optimized defaults (or defaults, whichever you have)? Also, be sure to change the date and time.
I did time and date there's a "load setup defaults" button on the exit page also the little blue 2 pin connector you mentioned earlier the 1&2 was not on
I've noticed the cpu fan is slow to boot sometimes dipping into 1700rpm what device should I start with?
Try the CD first. If it boots good with the CD, then connect just the hard drive you want to install Windows on. If it still boots OK, install Windows. If you have the Windows Installation on a USB stick, skip the DVD/CD and just connect the Hard drive, just 1 hard drive and install Windows. You will probably have to change the boot order to boot from the USB first.
Problem I said it earlier but the Sata cable for it is too short to reach any of the connectors
How long are they? The standard size is 18". You can buy some at any computer supply place or computer store. They are cheap and you only need a couple. We really can't proceed until you get some. It is not good to force shutdown the computer real often. Once you can get an OS installed, you won't have to do a hard shutdown. Do you have a legal copy of Windows?
The hd is not new I have around 350 gb used from the old set up
