I do wonder why the light is blinking.
I was wondering why it was blinking too, I didn't see anything in my quick skim but it might be blinking to alert that plugging something in is not supposed to be done while it is on.
Well I plugged it in not trying to power it on and the light blinks

Well just Googling that blinking issue brings up a few things, like something plugged in the USB, another one mentions some washers on the standoffs.

Something is connected wrong or grounding or something like that would be my guess, I'd go through and make sure everything is connected correctly and you aren't grounded on something you shouldn't be.

I think if you post some pictures the more informed folks can help you better.

I think it's almost impossible to see anything like that, you got a pretty crowded case.

I know I would just probably pull it all out and start over, check things as I go to make sure.

Maybe someone else has some suggestions you can try.

    Is this your case?

Quick question there's these gold color screws that have an open head for another screw I read somewhere if you don't have those screwed in the pc won't boot so I put em on and I'm putting it all back together see if that helps

Edit: I have it together with the gold screws and now the light doesn't blink but stays solid green

    That sounds like the standoffs,

    You definitely need those,

That keeps your mobo and the metal case separated.

That sounds like how it's supposed be when there is power present,

I think you figured out your problem and fixed it unless you are seeing something else.

OK, but the light is on or has that changed?

This is probably something not connected all the way or correctly.

I'm not too savvy on troubleshooting these things, mine went together with no issues at all.

It was nice, but I didn't learn any troubleshooting that way.
