Have you tried with another DVD Player? Is the disk damaged? You can try to download a new ISO file and write it to a USB Drive. If you want to try that, let me know and I'll give you a download link.

I just re-downloaded it from the link I gave you and had no problem. I don't know why you are having problems. That is the oly way I know of to get a Windows 7 official ISO.
