Headphone not showing in Playback devices

My motherboard is Gigabyte G41M. I have recently re installed my OS windows7, and so i downloaded the required drivers from the main site of Gigabyte.
Ethernet,NIC,Audio every drivers are working fine. But Headphones are not working.
I was able to use my mobile headphones earlier in my old windows, but now I am not getting the option of Headphone in Playback devices.
Even if I tick, Show Disabled devices, I am not getting the headphones. What should I do?

That will not work. That is an iPhone and some game consoles (e.g. PS4) type.
You need an adapter, to convert it to a Tip/Ring/Sleeve, conventional 1/8" (3.5mm) stereo plug.
This is a known issue and several posts on here with similar problems and a adapter to fix.

Here is the connector you need Headphone not showing in Playback devices-3.5mm-stereo-plug.png

And an example of an adapter (it provides two connections, one for the headphone (green) and another for the microphone (pink)).

Unless your PC has the TRRS jack, it won't work or won't work properly. You may be able to partially insert it and have one ear work.

This is a known problem with an iPhone headphones.

Its not iphone headphones actually, its just a local headphone. Not even belong to any brand company!
But still both the ears were working well, i have been using it since 2 months.
